Our logo is our name. In black and white. Please don’t change it. We usually use a black logo with a white background, but we have the opposite too if you need it. In fact, we decided to use the reverse for our Video Window Remote app.
We’ve kept it simple, so please avoid deviating from or creating tints of these values. We love colour, just not on our logo!
Ubuntu is our company font. When you are writing, you can use this. When you are making a presentation, you can use it. (When in doubt, use Ubuntu). Ubuntu also comes in bold and light, but please don’t use Italic.
We are informal and inclusive as a company and this is reflected in the way we write, we strive to articulate and be positive.
All company photography may be used for editorial purposes. Please don’t use our media assets for commercial use. Personal use of our assets is not allowed either.
Our Icons and their usage principles enable quick and effective communication across all touch points.
The true value of Video Window is its ability to connect anyone, anywhere. Our “always-on” immersive portal provides a window into another space, giving all workers - no matter their location, the ability to have easy, natural conversations. Video Window fosters wellbeing and enhances collaboration and productivity.
Put simply, Video Window brings down walls - and colleagues feel connected, as if they are looking through a window to their co-workers.
We are the future of work and our use case is limitless (almost!).
Video Window was originally designed for office common areas to encourage people to communicate and collaborate. And people naturally feel comfortable using us to connect – no scheduling, no logging in, no fuss.
Video Window Remote was a natural extension, developed by us in response to the pandemic, to ensure that remote workers - wherever they may be, remain seen, heard and valued.
And we are still used for meetings! With our integration to other systems and innovative whiteboarding solutions, even meetings have gotten easier…
Our main goal is to remove frustration and improve human connection. Levelling the playing field for ALL workers, enhancing productivity, communication and collaboration whilst safeguarding the mental health of remote workers.
