What is the timer?
The timer controls how long audio stays connected after a device joins a call.
It’s designed for privacy and noise control, automatically muting the device when not in use. The default is 10 minutes, but this can be adjusted in the Admin Portal or by contacting Customer Success.
When 10 seconds remain, a warning appears on screen – tap to extend the timer by another 10 minutes (or your set duration).
How can I get someone’s attention at the other location?
Easy – Just knock by clicking the orange knock icon in the top left corner, or tap any open space on the display like you would a real window! A knocking sound will be played through on the other side, grabbing their attention!
How do I select a different far site to show on the main stage?
Click the on the far site’s image on the bottom of the screen.
